My father recently died so I had to sell his house. My agent, Stacie Lynch, made all the difference. The house sold for much higher than the asking price and it only took 10 days to get a buyer! I couldn't be happier. As a first time seller I really appreciated her patience along with her skill at breaking down all the legal aspects of the complex forms I needed to sign. Indeed, she led me by the hand throughout the entire process. Best of all, she did all the work. When the buyer had the house inspected numerous problems were found. Stacie arranged to meet various contractors at the house, procured detailed estimates to send me, then monitored the work they did, all the while keeping me in the loop. I never had to leave my house! And I mean never. I'm 66 yrs. old and very afraid of the covid-19 virus. Stacie respected my fear and made arrangements so that I could sign everything electronically. She even agreed to represent me at settlement. After settlement she drove to my house, put the check in my mailbox, then texted me. I'd have to call that outstanding customer service.
