Mike is such a great advocate for his clients and consistently does whatever he can to make sure that we were always taken care of. I was nervous about selling and didn’t know what the process involved but Mike answered all my questions, took care of everything with the prep, listing, open house, showings, offers, and the sale went quickly and smoothly. Any questions I had were answered and I always knew what people who looked at the house thought about the property and was told when a prospective buyer was interested. I turned-down two low offers with Mike encouraging me to wait for the right offer and buyer. I knew Mike understood what my expectations were and helped me relax through every step. A perfect offer came within three weeks and the closing was a celebration for me and the buyer. Mike made selling my house a very easy process that always moved forward toward the sale. He was always available when we had questions, or needed help with something. He didn't hesitate to get back to us, even when he was on vacation. We were out of town for the majority of time that the house was on the market, so we relied on Mike for everything from taking care of the yard to overseeing the contractors who made repairs on the house.
