Mike is the best realtor in Colorado! Mike and his team were able to get us into our new home within weeks. He was our advocate throughout the entire process, saving us from being taken advantage of by the seller. Mike knows his stuff and was able to navigate a stressful negotiation process while maintaining professionalism with all parties involved. He was always one step ahead of the sellers agent, and knew what to look for and negotiate during the safety inspection. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are well taken care of. I highly recommend Mike and his team!
