But, based on the on-line listing and pictures, a young family visited a few times, then made an offer. Counter-offer & counter-counter offer, and we agreed on a price. After that, Mike & Diana arranged for all mortgage company required inspections, did a few "fixes" themselves, sent me miles of paperwork of on-line signature (I live more than 100 miles away, and have yet to meet Mike & Diana), and closed it all out in a little over two weeks.
