You could not ask for a better experience with a realtor. From our very first meeting with Mike he came with comps and was fully prepared to write a listing on our home. In a matter of days he had photos done and flyers printed and distributed. As it turned out, our home sold in 48 hours for over asking with multiple offers to choose from. This was the first time we had ever sold a home; Mike thoroughly answered our questions and more importantly was available to take our calls. What a great experience this turned out to be.
