Mike Conroy

Mike is a wonderful realtor and an all around nice person. He sold my house in Vermont while I moved to Florida. He took care of everything for me Because I was in Florida, he had to be available for the home inspector and for the Vermont Gas Company’s furnace inspection. There were two other times when Vermont Gas had to visit my home for other issues, and Mike was there, then, too. He was available for Vermont Well and Pump Co., , the electrician, the fireplace inspection, etc., etc., etc. If he could not be there, he sent his associate, Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn also checked on imy house weekly and always contacted me to report all was well at the house. It was a pleasure working with them. While my house was under contract , I was always confident that my home was in good hands . My house sold at a good price and in a reasonable amount of time. I am completely satisfied with the sale. I would highly recommend Mike Conroy and his team.
