I would hire mike again in a heartbeat. He is a wealth of knowledge, nothing phases him, and his team is very responsive. Most of all, Mike does a masterful job at letting you be in control while guiding you in the right direction. When I didn’t know what I wanted, he gave the pros and cons and busted the myths. When he saw something wrong, he called it out. When I liked something, he was supportive yet analytical. When I really liked something, he made sure I knew all I needed to know to make a clear decision.
