2020 started with big plans to sell our home in Patterson Ranch, Fremont and relocate our family to Southern California. The market started off the year very hot with several listings in our community going pending within a week or so. We met with Mike Bui and were immediately impressed with his marketing acumen, along with his process, personal touch, attention to detail, and a strong history with luxury homes in the Bay Area. He sketched out a solid game plan, marketing/pricing strategy and a timeline that fit our moving plans..... and just like most everyone's grand plans for the year, COVID-19 put everything on pause. After SIP related delays, we bravely went onto market early May, not knowing what to expect. And to be honest, the first few weeks were very discouraging, as we went through a slew of buyers who were much more selective and less confident in purchasing. But Mike was an OX through it all. He remained poised, confident, and patient with us and led the way towards us accepting an incredible offer at the eleventh hour. He answered each of our calls, texts and emails immediately and steered the rather uncertain process to where HE knew would be best for us, without us even understanding for ourselves. Mike provided daily, and in most cases, two updates a day and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. This is what separates good from exceptional real estate agents - providing ironclad service that looks out for the client beyond the day-to-day expectations or stress, but ultimately achieving the end game + success. We can't thank Mike Bui @ EQ1 enough for not only getting our home sold during historically CRAZY times, but also helping us to achieve our personal, financial, and family goals for the next several years to come. He's become a friend of the family and we look forward to our future paths crossing again.
