Mike Boylan was very hands on while we got our property ready to sell. He priced the property correctly. He was always available to answer questions.
He was very attentive to getting me a fair deal, quick replies on questions, made himself quickly available whenever we needed to see the property. Very happy with his representation in our purchase.
Our experience with our Mike Boylan has been amazing! His integrity and confidence in his job has made buying our new home and selling our current home one of the easiest things we have accomplished. He took the time to explain everything in detail to my wife and I as we moved through the selling and buying process, and we felt very much "in the loop" the whole time. He made it look easy and I definitely will recommend Mike Boylan and Cutler Realty to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Thank you Mike!
Mike has been very helpful selling my rentals.

Mike did a wonderful job for us. He helped take care of even the small items. He helped us to decide on a price that made our home appear attractive to buyers and it sold in 1 day for almost asking price.
Mike has worked to sell our property which has had many obstacles including a slow market. He handled zoning,, surveying,, and Regional Planning with experience and knowledge of the market. WELL DONE MIKE!

Mike Boylan and Associates,, thank you so much for all your hard work! Because of your help and connections you made this a less stressful process,, especially since we are 2000 miles away. We would definitely recommend you to anyone we know in Ohio. Thanks again !
Mike not only was instrumental in selling our home but he also was able to obtain an out of state realtor to sell our vacation home as well. Mike's expertise and honesty helped us prepare for moving in to our new home. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your realty needs!
