Excellent comunication and excellent experience

Mike was very friendly, he has great communication skills. He knew our neighboorhood and the market. He gave great direction in how to selling our home. He explained all the steps and details along the way. He was always available to answer my questions at all hours. When the buyer threw us a curve ball Mike was on top of it and knew exactly how to handle it. And He did in a timely manor. Mike had the right connectins for selling our house, He helped in some clean up and coordinating that i needed while I was out of town. Because of Mike the process was smooth and I feel very confident recommending him in any situtation. Mike met our price and our timeline.
