We were looking for a realtor to help us in buying a new home in TX, moving from NY we had no much knowledge about the area. At the first meeting itself Mike made us feel at ease and clarified the entire process so that there were no surprises later on. We are very very happy with Mike as he stood by our side in each and every step of the home buying process and beyond closing as well. he also negotiated hard for us got us a better deal from the builder. One more very important things I must say... If you buying a new home like us and do not want to be left alone on builder selection meetings by yourself, then you must work with Mike, as he will guide you through the entire process and you will just as glad as us to have Mike as your realtor. I highly recommend Mike Belt for his professional values, knowledge, responsiveness and negotiation skills.
