I sought Mike's help as a realtor because there seemed to be some selling hurdles to overcome at my condo complex, but I couldn't figure out what they were. I saw here that Mike had recently sold two units in the complex, so I called him, thinking he was my best shot at achieving success. He was. Mike provided insight into those hurdles and sold the property. He's a steady and calm negotiator. Mike is patient and tenacious. He takes the time to gather and share all sought information. He’s available. Overall, Mike knows what to do at each step and does what it takes to keep the process moving. I appreciate his help. I highly recommend Mike!

Mike Baker is great to work with! My experience with Mike has been as a buyer and as a seller. He sold me my first house in 1996. He recently sold this home for me. He does a fantastic job with the due diligence. With the 2 homes he sold for me he was right on with the asking price. He has knowledge of what home inspectors may be looking for. Always available! Can't say enough good stuff about Mike! He will be listing another home for me in a few months.

We loved working with Mike. I am not sure you could do better having him represent you. We sold our house when we no longer lived in the US. This provides its own unique challenges. Though Mike surpassed our expectations. He listened to what we wanted, and executed on it. And he was patient and conscientious , making it less stressful and resulting in the optimum outcome. I was a first time home buyer. Mike utilized his extensive local knowledge and industry experience to educate me to the point where I felt I could make my own informed decisions. In addition, he cared to steer me in the right direction, through being proactive with finding listings, being honest about what was good or bad and why, and knowing who to call for financing, inspection, etc. Ontop of all that, he is a pleasure to work with, is always professional, and just a quick call, text, or email away. One of the most difficult events of my life was prepping and then selling my beloved childhood home. This process was as difficult emotionally as it was technically. Many times we laughed, I cried, and actually turned these difficult days into the positive experience that I will never forget. We had a blast!
