Mike was very good in keeping us updated with the buyer process and worked closely with the buyer and seller to work out any issues that both could agree with cost or approvals. After the 2 buyers fell out of escrow he was able to work again with the 1st buyer to close the deal in a shorter time. The buyer and seller are happy with the closing of the house escrow.
