Mike was great to work with and very knowledgeable about Charlotte and the surrounding areas. We were impressed with his plan to sell our home and the time he took to go over everything with us. Another convenience was Mike's list of contacts. He has an extensive list of contractors for just about any job you may have to get your house ready and/or sold, post inspection. From home staging to painting, it was very convenient to have professionals that were already vetted. The ones we used were great, especially our Home Staging expert, William who completely transformed our house using our own furniture!
