As a first-time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed by the process at first. Mikail was very detailed and patient with me throughout the entire home-buying process. He assured me to ask many questions and provided real estate counsel while complicated situations arose. I felt well prepared to make attractive offers after seeing the properties with Mikail.
