Mikaela is the best realtor I have ever used

I have bought and sold many houses over the years and Mikaela is the best I have ever used. When you look for a realtor, you want them to be smart, determined, responsive, detailed, and kind. She is all those things and more. She even found an error on our closing disclosure form that saved me a few dollars. I am usually the one to find such errors. Mikaela got us a solid offer in less than a week from listing. This was after a prior listing agent had one showing in a year. Mikaela had great attention to detail and made sure the pictures were excellent by staging the house. She made it look so good I almost didn't want to sell it. I am very grateful for meeting her many months before and selecting her as my agent. I would still be sitting on that house if not for her.
