I've sold other homes with Mikaela and I have always told her NO to suggestions she had to help the home sell faster and at a higher price. I always thought, my homes were amazing and they would sell at a good price. For this go around, since she has done a good job for me in the past, I simply told her to do anything she wanted to make the home look the best. This included staging the home, cleaning the home, paying for landscaping, paying for professional photos, etc. Within a week, the house looked like it came out of a magazine and now I understand why she has always recommended these services I thought were not worth my money.
