Miguel was amazing throughout the entire process. Despite the fact that I don’t reside in the town, he kept me informed and had open communication. He was very fast with the paperwork and responses. He was also very respectful of both my time and my situation. Added bonus: he has manners and uses “please”, “thank you”, etc.
