Working with Miguel was great! He was easy to get along with, professional, attentive, and listened to and remembered all my thoughts regarding what I wanted in a home. I never once felt pressured, he wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. He was thorough when looking at houses every weekend and well versed in the negotiation and contract components of the process. He clearly explained everything to me and was always up front and honest.

First time buyers. Miguel told us what to expect from the process and kept us up to date with every development from our lender and from the selling agent. He sent us dozens of properties to look at to get a feel for what we were looking for, many of which we would not have found or considered on our own searches. Miguel was always available even late at night to answer questions about the contracts and reassuring us when we hit a bump with our financing. He helped us get everything sorted and kept us confident in being able to close.

Miguel was wonderful to work with. He is very perceptive and equally honest when giving feedback on what to look for Or look OUT for in your new home. He made everything very personal yet professional simultaneously. I would work with him again and highly recommend him to potential buyers and sellers seeing that we did both transactions through him. Our entire process took about 90 days from start to finish and we are very grateful.
