Miguel exceeded our expectations when it came to buying a home and selling our current home. This market is very stressful and he was always able to help us feel confident and excited about the whole process. Not only did he go out of the way to find homes that met our criteria, but he also was able to have us see them in a timely manner. This meant he missed multiple evenings at home with his family just to make sure we were taken care of. He helped us stay in our budget and not once tried to peer pressure us into spending more than what we wanted to. He educated us about the market and what price range to look into since this is a sellers market. He knew what homes in certain areas were selling for and would educate us on what to offer. He let us send in letters to homeowners with our offers and updated us in real time what was going on with the offers. I can confidently say we would not be new homeowners in such a short time if it weren’t for Miguel and his team. He was able to sell our current home in one weekend with thirteen offers on the table, most over asking price. We trusted him with the pricing, took advice he gave us on how to stage and what weekend would be perfect for listing the home. We wanted arial pictures done of the house and a description of the location to be added into our listing and he did just that.
