I recently sold my house and bought another. Miguel made a complex transaction involving 4 dependent sales go smoothly by communicating frequently with me, my load officer, and the other 2 realtors. I was a first time home buyer looking for an investment property. I had fired two agents prior to this due to their slow response times (1 day or more), and general lack of communication. I could have sworn I was Miguel's only client (which it turned out was not even close to being true). He responded in a timely fashion and was always communicating and following up on my countless questions and concerns.
