Yes! I would use Mignon Lagatta in both buying or selling a house. I'm from out of state and I purchased a second home in Reno, and It was very nice to know Mignon had my back when I was out of state. She was able to meet up with inspectors and recommend different people to do minor work on the home prior to closing. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and the types of locations as well. This was a fast pass purchase and she kept right up!
