Migena did an outstanding job helping me buy my new house. She immediately sent me new homes as they came on the market and was available to show them at the times that worked for me. We put in an offer for a home and it got accepted. Our offers were very competitive. Once inspection time came and we seen alot of issues, Migena fought for me. We did not settle. Then, we seen this beautiful new home come on the market. We submitted the offer the same day it came on the market and secured it! She really helped with the whole process. We closed in less than TEN days! She communicated efficiently with the listing agent and my lender. I would recommend Migena to anyone! She is the best realtor.
