Miesha initially had an interview with family advocate and met with the family in person and via Zoom to present responsibilities as an agent of Weichert. She walked us through the entire process and gave feedback regarding the house and the land for sale. A projected time line to sell the home was different from the land if they weren't sold together. The marketing process began with pictures, communication within Weichert and other agents. The pictures postings were amazing and the property was listed. Miesha recognized the sensitivy and challenges of selling the family home and made accommodations per the family's request to build a rapport and develop the agent/ family trust and relationship. To our surprise an offer was made immediately for the house. Miesha assisted us with contractors who prepared the house for inspections, fixing violations up to code, clearance and cleaning. Whenever the family wasn't available Miesha took the lead. Miesha knew the policies/ procedures as a Weichert agent and received assistance from her team as needed. We are sorry we had to sell the family home which holds forever memories but we are elated the house sold quickly for the asking price and the buyers were please with their purchase. We had no prior experience with or knowledge of Ms. Stanley when we began the process of selecting a real estate agent to sell my late sister’s home. One thing did stand out: The professionally prepared postcard that appeared in the mailbox advertising her services was so compelling. Shortly after meeting Ms. Stanley we knew that she would do a professional job. Appearing professionally dressed and armed with comparable sales in the area, she wasted no time making a thorough presentation. Before we signed a listing agreement, Ms. Stanley was working to arrange showings of the property to her select builders and remodelers; quite confident that her initiative was apparent, and it was. Selling the home of one’s last surviving sibling is an emotional trial and Ms. Stanley was well aware of difficulties we were having. She continuously reassured us during the process. More importantly, she took the initiative to make the necessary inquiries at municipal offices and arranged for the resolution of potential impediments. Surprisingly, repair issues and outstanding construction inspections vanished. Her skills at pricing the house and offering negotiation tips during the final days was most appreciated. We are sure that Weichert Realtors has received many thankful and glowing reports of Ms. Stanley’s professional skills. We would like to add this one as well. But we would like to add another dimension that others may not mention. Her warm personality made it a true pleasure to work with her.
