We cannot say enough wonderful things about Miesha Morgret!! My husband Chris and I just closed escrow on our first home, and we are so grateful for Miesha’s knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. From the start, Miesha was a class act. Miesha successfully negotiated the purchase of our first house. We found out later that the seller chose us not because we were the highest price but because of the terms we offered and Miesha gave us the confidence to offer those terms. She spoke several times with our Mortgage Advisor and then explained to us every option we had while making our offer. She also described how the Seller might view each choice we made and how they would be compared to other offers since she knew we were in a multiple offer situation. I think it was because of her willingness to take the time to both thoroughly understand our financial position and explain to us each item of our offer, that got our offer accepted over many others.
