I highly recommend Midge McCarthy as your next Realtor. She is very knowledgeable, reliable and professional. She helped me sell my dad's home while I moved him into an Assisted-Care facility. I initially tried to sell "as is" however our unit was outdated and the market drastically changed. Midge advised me to renovate during the slow season and sell during the high season. She was very instrumental helping me with movers, contractors, painters, electricians, plumbers, pest control, garden services, air-conditioning, and professional cleaners and other laborers. I live out of town and Midge was my primary source of referrals and help. She is easy to work with and responds same day to any questions or concerns. She pointed out the do's and don'ts of remodeling to sell our unit. Everything she recommended was right on track. We sold my dad's home in a short period of time and for asking price. She is very personable and really cares about her clients and treats you like family.
