Sold my condo in Sarasoda.

I listed my condo in Sarasota in July. Then two hurricanes hit. The real estate market fell dramatically. During this difficult time Midge worked very hard with special advertising and many open houses. I had to drop my original price a lot. But, Midge found a likely buyer and keep after them while they looked at other properties. They finally agreed to buy. I closed on my condo today. I am 1400 miles away from Sarasota.
