Mickie advised that I move out before putting the house on the market so it could be staged. This proved great advise and the staging was perfect for all the rooms. Mickie held an open house on many weekends and this was also successful, although the rain made it difficult some days. Mickie stayed positive and encouraged me to do the same. When we received an offer Mickie advised me with calm reassurance and advise. As I was no longer living in Houston paperwork had to be done remotely and again Mickie guided me with confident professionalism. I drove to Houston for closing and having Mickie there with me to sign was comforting. As we had prepared and got the paperwork to the Title company days before closing the signing process was over with smooth professionalism. I would use Mickie C again when I need to buy or sell a house.
