Julie is really a great agent. She does a good job of learning what your preferences are and adjusting her search parameters. You can really see her results as time progresses. After less than a dozen homes, we found a place that I loved. She is also very knowledgeable of neighborhoods in the Houston area, and she is not afraid to tell you if the house or neighborhood should be avoided. Both Julie and Dawn are very accessible, and they usually respond to emails within a few hours, even it is very late at night.
