I interviewed two different realtors, but my gut said go with Micki. From the start she was candid, open about the realities of the process, informative and knowledgeable. Personally, she seemed to understand what the process of selling a home alone was like. She had good showing ideas that paid off. She talked me into going much higher in asking price than I thought was realistic and in the end, I got an offer $5000 above asking price! She always made clear that she was on the ball, on the job, focused on what needed doing and then helping to get it done. She was professional, congenial, helpful, and instructive.
