We have used Mickey four times, two for buying and two for selling. Mickey is professional, reliable, and willing to help you during the process. For our recent house sale, we were remote sellers. Mickey checked our property frequently and even returned our cable/internet equipment for us. He saved us a final trip back to the house. Mickey’s advice during the process was also very helpful. As a first time home buyer I was lost. I did not know where to start, who to call or what to do. Talking to an Agent was a foreign concept to me. I had the concept that an agent was just someone to show me a house I was interested in. I know now this is not the case. With us being out of town and not able to be present, Mickey worked diligently in which to de-clutter the house, re-arrange items to better present the aesthetics and interior decorations. His interior design experience lent for a very pleasant and welcoming entry into the house and enhanced the touring experience for potential buyers. Mickey also has a list of contractors that can clean and perform any tasks that would be beneficial in which to prepare the house for market.
