Mick got us more than asking and pushed along a difficulty closing due to the buyers situation. He even went so far as to help install some handrails that needed to be done prior to closing! Great job!

We went with the auction option for this house and took Micks advise on starting price and how to market it, in the end Mick had 2 bidders from outside the area going crazy trying to win this auction. Very happy with the outcome.
