Welcome to Homes By Mick, a realtor focused on helping clients sell their Summit County area homes efficiently and for top dollar. As an experienced real estate agent, I understand the importance of effectively marketing properties and pricing them appropriately in order to attract potential buyers. A received my undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education k-8 and Physical Education K-12 degree in 1993 from The University of Akron, and then a master's degree (1997) in Instructional Technology. I was a middle school teacher for 20 years in the Ravenna City Schools. I then started my own residential/commercial cleaning and power washing company that I sold off in 2020. It didn’t take me long to realize that my degree in education and experience as a teacher and small business owner could be put to good use in the Real Estate realm. On a personal note, I have a wonderful wife, Kristen, who adds a woman’s perspective to my business dealings. I'm grateful for her added insights. I also have three wonderful children - Ian, Aidan and Ellie, and our much loved Aussiedoodle, Roo. In my spare time I love to travel, play racquetball, pickleball, golf, and spending quality time with the family!

Excellent advisor on sale of home

Mick has been very helpful on the sale of our home. A very courteous and knowledgeable realtor! We sold after 2 showings, and received above asking sale price. Very happy with his services.

Great Agent

He was very helpful. I was a first time home buyer and helped me go through the process. He was very responsive and always got back to me in a timely manor. He was very flexible with his timing and able to accommodate my schedule for touring houses, It was really appreciated. Highly recommend Mick for anyone looking to purchase a home.
