Michelle Lozada, was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very professional in the process of searching/finding for our new home. This was a very hard one to sell not because of the condition simply beautiful unit but because buyers were from out of state and a new roof was being placed let me tell you that did not stop Michelle from calling county entities to have permits cleared to dealing with 3 hours time difference, Michelle got it done I have said this once and will continue to do so. SHE IS SIMPLY AMAZING AND STOPS AT NOTHING TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE. I could not have done it without her.
