Marine and his team are fantastic. I recommend Team Yoo to anyone buying or selling. We were first time home buyers and Marine made the process so easy and stress free and educating us throughout the process. He was diligent throughout the entire process helping us find homes that met our criteria and provided excellent insight as we toured many homes. I appreciated his honesty. I felt he was really looking out for our best interest, helping us make a smart finacical decison not just for buying but for resale as well! Marine was excellent in staying on top of the negotiations and making sure things went smoothly all the way to closing.

We worked with Cheryl and she was an absolute God send! She helped us through the whole process, explained so many things to us, and kept our spirits up through it all. I don't know how she keeps everything straight but I know she has a lot going on but is on top of it all!

If you need a realtor that knows what she is doing and is willing to make it happen Cheryl is the best. Not only is she a pleasure to work with, but she will do anything to make your sale happen. By far she is the best realtor around, and in my opinion you would be missing out if you did not use her.

We worked with Michelle's husband Marine Yoo in the purchase of our first home this year and he and the entire Yoo Team were wonderful to work with. Within five minutes of posting a question to Zillow, he contacted us and asked us what we were looking for in a house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and met with us within a few short days to begin the house hunt. We saw a number of great houses right away and Marine was even kind enough to schedule in as many home visits as possible, even late into the evening, because he knew we were eager to find something before Christmas, which we did! We found the perfect home for us sooner than I thought we would and he was available to us all through the holidays to get the paperwork started and reassure us every step of the way. He was very diligent in explaining everything to us and patient as we asked questions and anxiously waited for the process to unfold, but he made it all as quick and easy as possible. The entire Yoo Team was honest, family-oriented and always at our disposal and we felt better knowing we had them on our side. We love our new home and we can't thank them enough!
