Our previous house was our first one, so the buying/selling of a house at the same time was a new experience for us. There were several issues out of our control that took place during the process, including doing this all during a worldwide pandemic, and Michelle was with us every step of the way. She worked with our busy schedule, got a good feel of what we wanted, and did not push us one way or another just so we would be done with something. There were some long nights/weekends with some late breaking changes and she rose to the challenge each and every time. She is exceptional at catering to your specific needs.
