Hard working and knowledgeable agent
I had thought about selling this investment property myself but am so grateful I had Michelle handle it. She got top dollar for the property plus negotiated several complex last minute issues that arose. I have worked with Michelle on another property previous, and will likely do so again. She’s responsive, practical and knows the market well.
