When the sellers didn't want to wait as long as I needed, Michelle quickly started looking for other possibilities that met my requirements. Throughout the entire process she was encouraging. She also had plenty of suggestions along the way that helped. When I was finally paired with my dream house (surprisingly enough, the first one that had paired us together), she guided me through the closing process as painlessly as possible.
