In this most difficult time to buy a waterfront home in a challenging “seller’s market”, Michelle was absolutely AMAZING! She was in constant contact as new homes came available and time was always of the essence. Having moved to Ft. Lauderdale from out of state, the challenge was obvious. Every time I flew into Ft. Lauderdale look at homes, Michelle and Kyle were on time and waiting to pick me up to “pound the pavement” in search of our new home. She was an extremely professional and congenial agent that was very patient as I was a very picky buyer. She was incredible in setting up showings with selling agents and even able to book last minute showings with my very hectic and unpredictable schedule. She fought hard for my best interest and she was a tough negotiator. She represented me perfectly and was my strong voice in negotiations to get what I wanted in my final purchase. Along the way, I was pleased that she was my voice when I had hard negotiation asks. She never tried to sway me just to close a deal. She listened and fought hard for me, even if it was a tough ask of me. I never felt rushed to settle on a home that I didn’t like, and she was extremely respectful and patient. There were several nuances in the Florida real estate law that I was unfamiliar with and she saved me from a lot of potential buyer issues which absolutely impressed me. Most importantly, (as I noticed from a lot of rude competing agents), she was extremely humble, honest, genuine, and kind. I was shopping in a high value market and a lot of the agents were outright stuck up, arrogant, and rude. This was definitely not what I saw from Michelle and I’m forever grateful for who she is as a person and as an agent. What a process! I just completed purchasing my first home and I had no idea everything I was in store for. From different lenders and interest rates to inspections and closing cost. The home buying process is one of the most stressful parts of adulting. That’s why I would highly recommend Kyle and Michelle White as realtors to anyone that is doing this process for the first time or anyone that is looking for someone to help guide you through the process in a way you can feel comfortable with. Firstly, I loved the professionalism of both of them, even dressing the part in the hot south Florida sun and continuing to show me houses even if it felt like I looked at a million already. They set up my searches exactly how I liked and reviewed my comments and answered questions I had on properties. When I had trouble finding a home, they continued to be patient with me and suggest other areas and explained why that area would be comparable and the pros and cons. They never pushed me outside of my budget or my comfort zone, but they brought up points to consider that lead to me reevaluating things I thought were set in stone as my expectations didn’t manifest. Second, they are a team. They both bring a unique prospective to real estate and can help to balance your expectations and give you different views from multiple perspectives. If I needed a certain time or date to see a property, they could usually accommodate with either Kyle or Michelle being available if not both. I saw multiple houses multiple times and they were both professional and patient throughout even when I was afraid to pull the trigger. Lastly, I was extremely impressed with their recommendations on all their vendors. They batted 1000% on any service they recommended.
