Working and learning from Michelle was a delight. Hi, first time buyer here that can't even tell the difference between a water pipe and a gas line. So, I obviously had every question under the sun to ask. Michelle was patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She clearly cares for her clients and goes above and beyond to assuage any fears and make you feel comfortable. House buying is not a decision to be taken lightly and I truly feel no other agent would have helped me as thoroughly as she did. She would even run interference for me so I didn't have to talk to the other agents and could just FEEL THE SPACE. Constantly asking the seller's agents about any critical information about a property. Questions that I wouldn't have known to ask, often questions the seller's agents didn't know the answers to or had even considered. From checking for water damage, gutter maintenance, or sloping floors with her handy Go pack, to making sure the seller is doing everything that's required of them for a seamless transfer of ownership, Michelle was a force of nature. Michelle is NOT looking to sell you a property; she's intent on finding the right HOME for you. Always listening to your particular needs and applying that information appropriately, she's not afraid to tell you not to buy a house that isn't the best fit for you just to get a sale. That was a big indicator that I chose the right individual for the task. TL;DR Michelle is a boss! Small stature, huge heart, with a high moral code. You won't be disappointed.

I found Michelle haphazardly, asking for general information on the Atlanta market. While I thought initially that it would be a three minute conversation, Michelle quickly understood my needs. We went rapid fire through initial listings where we established what I wanted and what I did not. She is very knowledgable on all matters housing, the market, the negotiation, and the execution of the deal. What is the icing on the cake is that I got the house, that I didn't think I could get.
