God provided a perfect buyer in a short time and everything sailed thru perfectly. Michelle was very patient with us all those years. Michelle is truly the kind of agent you will want working for you! She is knowledgeable, extremely professional, prompt, has great communication skills, and overcomes any challenges. We needed a two month delayed closing and she didn’t even blink. She by nature wants to make sure the process of selling/buying leaves everyone with the best possible outcome. She even went out of her way to right wrongs done by the buyers agent to save the sale for everyone (even with a back up offer on contract). We only had two days to look at houses and Michelle was so organized that we could see a large number in just a short period of time. She was extremely professional and followed through on everything we needed once we decided on a house. She also was easy to contact and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know for the the purchase and closing on the house.
