My house was more difficult to sell than expected because of its age and different layout than most. I was frustrated at times with the lack of interest in my property and desired more communication on Michelle's part. The communication that we did have was always enjoyable and professional. My first impression of Michelle was so positive that I immediately signed a listing contract with her. I was surprised that she agreed to list the house for my original desired price without advising me that the price was way too high. The listing process itself was quick and very professional. After deciding on my own to significantly reduce the price, the interest in my home picked up. The house probably would have sold much quicker had I originally listed it for the reduced price. I believe that nearly all of the showings came from other agencies, which required an additional commission of 2.5%. As it turned out, the price that I received for my house was quite fair and I am happy with the result.

Thank goodness for Michelle! My moms house sold within a week. The buyer was from Texas so a title company from Texas was used for the closing and they were terrible, but Michelle took care of all the problems and stayed on it to get it closed.
