Jeff and Michelle are the best Real Estate Agents in Boise and surrounding area.... period! We had a month notice to relocate for work- Jeff and Michelle worked tirelessly and patiently with us as we looked at many many homes in such a short time crunch. Their knowledge of the market, attention to the details, and relentless efforts to find what we were looking for, made our experience with them fantastic. We had a last minute challenging and unexpected situation arise that caused us a lot of uncertainty. Jeff and Michelle were focused and attentive on our case, staying calm and positive while we were stressing out. Things worked out in the end and we got into the home of our dreams, but it didn't end there... they also went above and beyond expectation after we moved in by helping us in ways not usual for an agent. They really care about their clients- you are family to them!

We purchased a new home, so the approach and questions / concerns we had were a bit different than an existing home. This was our 3rd out of state purchase (we are relocating from out to state to Idaho) and having been thru the experience before our expectations were very clear. We made 4 separate trips over to look at homes and locations / areas and Jeff and Michelle were very helpful in providing guidance tailored what we were looking for (type of house, area, etc.) as well as being very responsive to our questions, follow ups and queries, both via phone and email. Our search spanned 2 calendar years and there was not drop or loss of continuity or communication over that span, nor around the Christmas / Holiday period. They were involved and offered assistance as needed with the search, selections and follow on with the builder.
