We chose Michelle Trementozzi to sell our home at the above address through our relationship with her husband, James, who had done repair work for us. We are 84 yrs. old, and through talking with James, because of the many stairs, cost of repairs, etc., that maybe we needed to consider downsizing and selling. We had no idea at this point all that would entail. We built our home in 1977, and had been in our home for 45 years. We were totally ignorant as to what was involved in selling a home. Michelle was there with us every step of the way. Our family and friends marveled at the time, patience, and care she lavished on us. She treated us like family. I cannot say enough good things about her expert advice and guidance through the process. I would recommend her highly if you need to sell your home. Michelle not only does her job, but she goes above and beyond what is required. She has a beautiful heart, she cares1 She is now as a daughter to us. Forgot to mention, she also found us a great new home, more centralized, and perfect for us.
