I had a specific type of property I was lookin for as well as what I was able to spend. The Llewellyn Group sent all listings that fit my criteria sometimes before the house was listed. Michelle was always an email away, answering almost as soon as the message was sent, even when I sent them 11PM. She worked immediately on setting up showings and pointed out things that were right and wrong when we visited the houses. Although she's fairly new to the real estate field, she is extremely knowledgeable about the market, procedures and how to navigate the process of buying a house. She has a great personality and I would highly recommend her if you are trying to buy or sell a house. A great experience.
