Our experience with selling our first home with Michelle was great! Michelle had viewings set up before our house was even fully listed, and it sold at asking price after the first viewing (before it even officially hit the market!) Michelle was great at mediating what the buyers wanted, while guiding us through what was typical repairs, etc., needed in selling a home. She provided us with references of companies to perform the repairs needed/asked for by the buyers.
