From day 1 Michelle was on top of every aspect of the sale. She had already done extensive research before out first meeting and had confident answers to all of our questions. Throughout the entire process she was one step ahead of every obstacle. She dealt with all the loose ends from the Solar company, inspection, appraisal, etc. I was able to focus on my job and personal life while she handled all of the leg work. We were on a tight timeline and everything had to work our perfectly down to the exact day we needed to be in our next home. I don't think the sale could have went much smoother, and not to mention we got over sale price we were hoping for. Using an experienced agent is worth every penny. We are now renting for the next year or 2 but we will definitely be using Michelle when it comes time to buy our next house!
