Michelle is extraordinary

Michelle is extraordinary. I chose her based on her amazing reviews, her expertise in 55+ homes, and she exceeded my expectations. She is thorough, kept in good communication via email, phone and text, and made the process amazingly easy despite my being 2 hrs away. She provided detailed information about what I should expect, advised me about my goal, and exceeded my 2 month sale goal for my home in the Highland Springs 55+ community. She had professional photos taken of the home and area, and posted both a virtually staged home and the empty house. She gave me professional resources for estate sales, painting and cleaning which were more than reasonably priced and whom were available when I needed them. While the housing market is tight, I received a full offer within the first couple of weeks, and closed by 2 months of putting the house on the market, whereas other homes in the community have sat on the market for a number of months.
