Couldn't be happier

Michelle was a real treasure to work with. At the time of my sale I had already located out of the area. If it weren't for Michelle I don't know how I would ever have cleaned out my condo and gotten in ready for sale. Michelle took the reins, arranged for whatever needed fixing to be fixed, arranged for a total clean-up, staged it beautifully, and was able to get a buyer in 3 days at $12,000 over my asking price! All documents were handled via DocuSign which made life VERY easy for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle as an agent. I couldn't have been more pleased with her knowledge and helpfulness.
