Michelle was so great to work with! My family and I were moving to IL from Virginia last summer so a lot of our communication was done via email and phone. Michelle took the time up front to get to know me and what our family was looking for in our first home. She was always very prompt in our communications. I took a house hunting trip with just my baby and she was so helpful and accommodating knowing he was so young but she still worked very hard to get me into as many houses as possible that short weekend! Michelle went over and above what I would have expected when she took videos of a home that went on the market AFTER my house hunting trip .... the one we ended up purchasing! We are so glad we found and worked with Michelle on our first home buying experience, she was wonderful!
